Thank you! I have a doberman w/c is around the same size as GSD; she started familiarizing the hurdles around 4 months.. we didn't rush on the standard jump height as it is just instinct to them.. the lowest possible height is recommend for now, that way it will not be too hard on her developing joints and it will not be too difficult for her and she will enjoy the sessions more. in around 18 months she jumps standard height, but for our daily drills, we didn't have to.

My boxer (Kobe) best friend since 4 months old was my neighbor’s Doberman. Unfortunately he had liver failure and didn’t make it😢. I cried alot. Now my neighbor just got a female Doberman and has another Doberman friend again. My 2 favorite breeds. I grew up with a Doberman too. Aloha from Hawaii 🤙

Thank you for you comment; actually I am using only kebbles from her dogfood because we are home and its a place very familiar to her.. but when we are in an unfamiliar place I use variety of treats randomly such as hotdog, cheese, chicken, bacon, etc.

Where do you live? It seems to be a hot country..... I thougt a warm country is difficult for a boxer. The first boxer in my live was given to my parents in Holland because he went from Holland to Spain but Spain was too hot for him...
We are in Philippines; yes it is hot here almost all year long but we have no problems with Tyrion.. we keep him inside the house where it is well ventilated with access to water and we keep him under a shade whenever we're outside.. from what I heard; white Boxers are more sensitive to the heat

I docking still legal there?
Yes, but now a days some Vets will refuse to do the procedure. for his Case he is already docked when we got him so is Kira my Doberman, ear cropped, tail docked and dew claw removed, when we rescued her.
