the goal is to use ffe to maintain 6 stacks if you already have 6 stacks there's no reason to use it instantly and on pull you dont ffe instantly because you would just lose an excess frost proc

You would just lose an excess frost proc by using the empowered frostfirebolt on pull which then loses you meteor cdr you want to just generate the 6 stacks normally on pull and use the empowered frostfirebolt to refresh the stacks before they fall off after you use the excess frost proc

you would have to hold multiple of them for a very long time losing yourself combusts over the course of the fight im pretty sure just sending them and relying on skb for the dmg amps is correct even that one time i saved it in p3 i think was a mistake because it made me lose out on a combustion

I don't have transmitter on the main mage but yes i have played with it on my alt mage pretty simple to use for fire dont have any issues with it

i did kill silken as fire the problem is it was a disaster so idk if i want to upload it lmfao i ran out of cauldron pots had to find it in bags so i just forgot to spymasters during lust the dmg did end up being fine basically did 2m but as a youtube vid idk you can find the vod on my twitch channel from last night might wait for a better kill to upload a youtube vid

Regular blink breaks stuns/roots etc so you just have to spec out of shimmer

You can find it inside the addon Method raid tools go into the addon and go to reminders you can then setup triggers and text to say whatever and whenever you want

The talent ice floes it shares a node with shimmer

I think it depends on the boss and the current content you're doing ice floes is objectively better on alot of things but alot of people including myself prefer shimmer i pretty much only use ice floes on fights that require me to escape a stun or root
