Hey everyone and welcome back to another video with 2020 Auto Spa! Before we dive in to this if you are here please hit the subscribe button to see when we release new videos.
In this video, we take a dive into what we often see when clients are shopping for paint protection film. This is a "Buyer Beware" video so you don't spend money twice! So we had given this gentleman a quote a little under 1 year ago for a full front-end paint protection film package, the gentleman did not like our quote based on the price being higher than what he wanted to spend. We advised him to not shop based on price and that it could be costly to do the repairs if he had to have it redone.

Make sure you get them to maintain it cause then it’s all black in 5 years and baked into the paint they’re not gonna bring it back to you to deal with it haha

Came out awesome! How much would something like this cost? Also, how did/could you ppf the black portion of the grill? Or would that just be not possible to wrap in ppf? Looks like such a well done clean job you guys did!
We would do a consultation to see what you specifically wanted PPF on. We did PPF on majority of the black parts as well, not the grill area for this particular vehicle. We can set up a estimate give us a call at 254-290-4327

Which one can u see out of more at night ?
You can see out of both, privacy glass of course will give the transparent look, but you can also choose a lighter ceramic tint and still get a high IR (heat) rejection and have visibility at night!

We are located in Texas!
What part?
If you already have tint and it's in good condition it's best to tell the shop to put the new tint over it. It'll be cheaper of course, and darker for sure.
We appreciate the feedback but a proper quality install is what we focus on. We would not tint over tint and there's a laundry list on why but the simple one is we don't cover up problems we fix them!

Do you not/can wax a car with ppf? Just wondering if it keeps that high gloss all the time.
You do not need to apply a wax to your PPF it does keep a high gloss especially with us as our PPF is ceramic coating infused. We also ceramic coat over our PPF for even more gloss and ease of clean.
