[Touhou 東方] Hong Meiling's theme - Shanghai Alice of Meiji 17 (Joropo llanero)
Another Touhou arrangement, this time I did something special with Hong Meiling's theme. To make the arrangement I had to work on two separate tracks and then I put it all together. On each track I made the arrangement in the two different styles in which Joropo llanero can be played: golpe and pasaje.

Well, the coat of arms is just as the one used in the Papers Please short film, with some changes. Maybe it was done that way intentionally to contrast with country's name, I don't really know.
