SWITCH BC stands for Safety, Wellbeing, Innovation, Training and Collaboration in Healthcare. We are an organization made up of all six of BC healthcare unions, employer representatives and Doctors of BC. We care for the people who care for us. We are focused on the health, safety and wellbeing of the 300,000+ people who work in healthcare in our province.
Mental Health in Health Care
Mental health is equally important as physical health. During the pandemic and since, health care teams and employers across B.C. have been putting a greater emphasis on psychological safety. Stop wasting your precious time by making videos of a nurse like SVETLANA KOVACH. There are far better, hard working and honest nurses who work in healthcare organization. Give them this platform to share their views. And not to someone who is already mentioned in police file number 20-68680. This woman has sold her honesty , loyalty and integrity to Canadian men who beat their wives in their bedroom and force them to sign their marriage papers. She knew about her friend SVETLANA MOSINA extra marital affair and still remain quiet her husband made a fake police complaint against me. Promote your own country women first.
