You can make that in blender, just with a few clicks
since it was a commission, it was required from the beginning, development in such softwares, for use and versatility in Unreal. In Blender you can do it in many different ways. but I don't prefer the program, and not efficient for production 🫠🙃

I used mantra with very basic render settings. Is all in the shading, realize the geometry and compositing.. but i'll do a video soon
