Thanks for watching Johnny. Good luck with your test. I have never heard of Advent AC units but it look like they are roof mont. One issue with have with this unit is there are no vent holes except fo the bathroom. This central air unit seems to work pretty good so time will tell.

This trip is a quick and dirt trip just to get the rig to Yuma. But we did spend some time last month in Minnesota with family and friends. Didn't visit those places though.

Thanks for watching Todd. There is a learning curve for sure. But I think you can tell if it is a good product or not with in that time. I tried a number of others and usually I could tell within an hour.

It was on the way to Jackson. When this video was done I seen the issue where it would get lost a few different times thinking I was on the frontage road instead of the real road. Since that time they have made some updates that make things pretty good. Not to say any GPS is perfect. At least these guys are working on it.

Thanks for watching James. I bought all the parts at O'Reilly Auto Parts and AutoZone. They have a F53 listing. I bought the extra tools at O'Reilly also. It is all Ford Standard Parts. My tag is another story though. I replaced one of the bearings and had to get that number off the last bearing. The brake shoes on the tag are for a Ford Van. If you can't find a part let me know and I can try to help. I don't think I have any of the old receipts with part numbers. But the parts store was great. Sorry I don't have exact numbers.

Thanks for watching. I would call HWH. They were very helpful on the phone. Have you checked to see if you have power to the motor? Basically it acts a lot like a starter. Direct connect to the battery and then a relay that triggers the motor to turn on.

Thanks for watching. Taking all the lines off and pulling the manifold was a lot easier than I thought it would be. My problem was that the underneath was all covered with form. I should of just started digging at it and I would have figured it out. HWH can be pretty helpful though.

Thanks for watching Drew. That is a great question. There really are only 2 items that need to be locked up and they both have a connection for a lock. So I just carry a lock and cable and it is just locking up a bike.

Thanks for watching Ryan. The SoftstartRV starts at $280 and if you have to AC units then you paid more. But it just isn't that. Someone has to wire it and then it is limited to just the AC units. The SoftstartUp starts at the pole so it handles everything in the rig. Turning multiple things on can also cause issues that this can help with. It is just another option and won't be for everyone but it is a good solution.

Thanks for watching Greg. When I first got my rig I wanted to change the brake pads and I stared at that for setup for an hour before putting it back together and taking the brakes back to the store. If for sure is not very obvious. Later I was watching a freight-liner video that showed how that worked and it opened up a complete new world. lol. My first DIY on a large rig.
