This was really cathartic for me to realise I'm not frightened or anxious. It's my body holding on. I'm now starting to let go. The deep breathing is too shallow for me though, and I started to feel panic, so I lengthened my breath and it was fine.

im very ill and its painful, this helps lessen the anxiety about next pain, poverty, etc. so pretty much what you said.
Everyone has difficulties some worse than others but our Battles are our own. It is important to focus on what to do about them and focus on the good things you are doing and be proud of yourself otherwise you will get trapped in thoughts of self pity and in that way you will hurt yourself. I am not saying that because I don't know pain, I am saying that because I know it very well and the way to feel better is to shift your focus and heal your anger, fear etc.
Thank you, dear! I have a lot of problems with anger, because I grew up at home, where was parents divorcion and angry mother; and grandmother, who was a little bit harsh. I hope that one day I set free anger of my mind, It is so confused life with that....

That's not true, there are several. I am a Veteran with Complex PTSD and they can have a profound effect. Keep searching wont take long. I prefer the sleep Hypnosis, it helps me with my nightmares instead of taking alpha blockers. They make it super hard to wake up in the a.m.

I liked the music and it's volume because it helped me to check out of my surroundings and focus on the meditation.

Hi Hypno Please could you tell me who the voice belongs to? I had him on my ipod about 8 years ago and lost all data and cannot retrieve my old itunes account. Ive been searching hundreds of videos to find him again, I went on Archive.org but once again there are literally hundreds of titles. Any info would be much appreciated. Thank you

Hi J Strerry! Sorry I'm a year late in responding. I rarely check this channel. Here is where I found it (I think): archive.org/details/MeditationsForReleasingFearAndResentment It says it's public domain on there, but I still got a RUclips copyright notification thingy on it (hence the advertisements automatically; I didn't turn them on), so I'm not sure if it is PD or who voiced the meditation. All the info I have is on that page.
