Elvis voice was at it best in the younger way more versatile than when he got older and when he sang the blues in the early days and playing rebel he was definitely at his best in the striking up coolness and rebellion elvis direction could have been mostly a blues singer and playing characters like Jailhouse Rock easily under different management he was brilliant in that mold early elvis doing blues doesn't get any better too much like a baby Dixie land rock it feels so right new aleans those kind of tracks show a brilliant alternative direction should have been continuing and those cool southern bad boy roots of a wild in the country type cinema direction tought moody blues and cool is when elvis was at his best is important to his legacy that not not to many talk about because hw his manager exploited him that's connected to other aspects of elvis overshadows when he was at his best the cool young rebel singing gritty blues written by Sean Fitzpatrick
