Thank you for your question in my vision i think social media has a huge impact in viewing oneself and others as it only showcase the facial beauty that we get to see on the profile whereas real beauty is not determined by ones outer beauty it's determined by the beauty within ourselves the beauty to be gentle and kind towards others and make them feel special and happy

If i could break a barrier for next generation then most probably it would be lack of self confidence and courage to outcome yourself in front of others.
