Christ, the budget was just not here for this show. I know comparing manga panels to an anime can seem unfair sometimes but even on its own this show looks ugly the 3d models are the best part of this show and they look straight out of a Super Robot Wars mobile game people complained about Chainsaw Man's cg but for some reason this show gets a pass for having much worse looking cg. And the 2d stuff looks awful. I mean really? They took all the detail and style away and for what? To be cheap? I'm sorry Dynamic Pro, I'm sorry Bandai how much money do you make from licensing and merchandise alone? This isn't some no-name brand this is Getter Robo! Literally one of the founding pillars of mecha alongside Tetsujin 28 and Mazinger Z! Ken Ishikawa deserved better than this and the people who funded it should feel ashamed for giving such a great director and a talented staff such a low budget. This is Dragon Ball Super levels of quality and I'm not ashamed to say it.
