I just want to say THANK YOU so much. I'm flying to Japan tomorrow for the first time and also sitting in business class for the first time. I was looking for EXACTLY a video like this to show me everything to expect and see what everything will look like. This has helped me get less nervous now that I have an idea.

Both Japanese airlines have outstanding wheelchair service as I had medical treatment. After immigration will even take you to train or bus stop and always at aircraft door. Superb service.

As also a regular NH traveller some nights there is a 4 hour wait for the shower. You can find a 10aud shower at Narita and if in SEL they are free and we'll maintained.

Well done. I fly Prem Y from SYD often but change from 789 to busy 777 in a few months Price also gone up 30 % but still good value on expensive but nice J class and is a daylight flight. Food and service excellent Never an upgrade guarantee on QF even if Platinum. Anyway a good product. Safe travels.

I might be going to Japan from the US and I've been considering this upgrade because of the sheer length of the flight. From what you've shown, it looks more like domestic 1st class than economy!

Would it be cheaper to book premium economy in advance if it’s available for some destinations (I know it’s not available for your flight as you said) or pay for upgrades on checkin? Thanks

I've ridden JAL Premium Economy in two long-haul between Southeast Asia and west coast of the U.S. Comfortable seats, but absolutely the WORST food of any international airline!

I took Jal last week and it is a very good airline...love it

With the ice cream, have a coffee with it, and you'll have an americano .

Still faster than any train in my country 😂.

The 2-3-2 business class configuration on the 777-300ER looks like it shouldn’t work well, but it’s fantastic. We’ve flown it a few times pre-CoVid and it was incredibly comfortable. Our next flight to Japan will be in April and will be on the 300ER, seats 8H and K.

Hi, does Sakura lounge let passengers stay overnight in the lounge between the last flight (1.25am for your flight) to 6am? I have an overnight connection too but unsure if they will let me sleep in the lounge.
