So nice to hear Adam talk about healthcare. I work in healthcare and Adam is very informed. He should have his own show. I could listen to him for hours. It doesn't hurt that he's easy on the eyes either.

In our case, not only was this told us but the name of a Virginia Realtor was recommended who "would sell our Westgate week" to afford a Colonies at Williamsburg, and he would also rent the bonus week we would get from Colonies each year.
I got a letter from a collection agency saying this; The letter we sent means that Meridian has closed your account and you are no longer in collections and that you should deal directly with Flagship regarding your concerns. What this mean? What is my next step?

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J., Oct. 6, 2022 /PRNewswire/ - A Superior Court jury in New Jersey decided in favor of consumers deceived by timeshare seller FantaSea Resorts, awarding the plaintiffs a $1,069,285 verdict for the Atlantic City resort’s intentionally deceptive sales practices. This was an excellent show with a lot of knowledgeable people on. When you get not just 1 attorney but 2 on one hour is not long enough to get all their knowledge on the podcast. We need Mike to come back on sometime to explain more to the consumer.

That's the problem. The host doesn't allow equal time for anyone whose views do not align with hers
Kim ruins the show. She caters to a few panelists with the expense of others. I guess she doesn't promote diverse views.
I proposed the exact rules that Rick raised months ago. No one listened.
Rick is a very intelligent commentator and, although I disagree with his views, I respect him and his professionalism.
