@@eatsbychan I appreciate the reply but Hoy ka noodle soup is not boat noodles. Fundimentally different broth and flavor. Lighter, sour/hot/sweet almost clear. -Not cinnamon,clove,fennel,star anise and opaque brown. Probably a variation on Guay Tiew Tom Yum (so many ways to spell that) One yelp review even has a picture of them both side by side! The original restaurant is "ก๋วยเตี๋ยวห้อยขาริมน่าน จ.พิษณุโลก"
