I can't read BCM2. i read I tried with the adapter and with the wires but without success. My error : Try Frequency failed(00) I notice that the PWR indicator does not light up when reading the BCM2, but 12V indicator light on. and 12V is not supplied to the BCM2 board what will you suggest to me?

Hi there, I've looked everywhere for help and assistance but I just cannot find it. I'd really appreciate it if you could help me. So, I installed OPCOM 2014 and when I try to connect it tot he car I get "the interface is not powered by the car " I've switched the ignition and even the engine on for this but it doesnt work. Now, I lead to believe it's the drivers. I have used the very drivers that are identical to this video, but its still a porblem. Not only that, but I have 2 Vaux com interfaces and they definitely work. I am very much leaning towards the drivers being the problem. One way to 100% make sure we have the same drivers is the date of them. When you click on drivers, and go onto the USB serial converter is your date 07/2013 ? Or something along 2013? Thanks
