    Started out too heavy on squats so dropped to 3 plates and a 10 for the rest of the 8 sets. Dips were fun, next time I have to clean it up and not cheat them, be still like a banana. Maybe take a plate off. Pendlet rows from block. Goal today was to get rid of the leg drive and have the row initiate with the upper body. So kept the weight down to 195. That pulldown machine IS literally my favorite machine lately.

    Next week I'm going to use heels or forward pulling bands to squat. Get some weight on my dips, and use no momentum or leg drive on my rows.
