Varient Human ( +1 Wis +1 Dex bonus feat Tough) Level 1 Rogue skills to focus on investigation (exp), perception, stealth (exp), and acrobatics. Levels 2+3 Rogue Archetype ( Inquisitive) then we multi-class into Monk 1 ( level 4 -7 overall) Monk 2-4 Monk Archetype Kensi feat mobile feat. Next Fighter 2 Thrown weapon fighting style. ( level 8, 9) then 11 levels of Artificer armorer remaining ASI +4 Dex. Batman with Hellbat suits uses the same stats level 1 Rogue, 2 levels Monk, then 17 Levels Artificer Armorer Use ASI to max Int and take The Mobile Feat.

He started with unarmed combat, so munk, would be his base class. Smoke bombs, binding lash, grappling line, throwing blades. Sounds like rogue would be his subclass. Rune effects and, basic alchemy can cause freezing, shock and, explosions. No artificer gadgets needed.
