Hi Sumit. I came across multiple forums where ppl have shared some major issues with park connect society such as frequent power cuts, issue with water quality and garbage just outside society.. do you have any knowledge of these issues.. thanks
@arma2829 Sorry for the late reply. I was really busy with my other stuffs. I totally agree with you but by the time it gets sorted. I have already have a flat in Park Astra and we are making sure that these issues don’t occur in the future although it’s a continuous process. I’m really impressed with the quality of the work the builder has provided but at the same time it’s the vigilance of the owners that makes a society close to perfection 😊

Do you know about the litigation on this project? I'm interested to buy a flat here, but worried about the litigation.
2 plots out of many, have a litigation and their is a monetary demand (as informed by CRM). Litigation Details have clearly metioned in the 'Agreement to sale' and responsibility is taken by the Builder in written and shall have no impact on resident.
