If Cetaphil doesn't suit her ... Try with different brands like cerave or minimalist.. don't use Cetaphil.. always buy a small size products while purchasing a new product so that if it's doesn't suits .. atleast you lose less amount also always do patch test .

Then you can check the product is real or not because duplicate product causes skin irritation and gives burning sensation. If product is real then you can go for minimalist or cerave brands .

@@Ayracosmetologist Hello Mam thanks for replying I saw the video which you suggested my skin type is oily as you said in your video I have whiteheads open pores and I feel greasy after 1hr of facewash But now I was using Cetaphil cleanser somehow it reduced acne occurance so many of them suggested to go with its moisturiser so I was confused which to choose cream or a lotion

Go for lotion which is light weighted .. I suggest you to go for minimalist brand coz it has given the best results till now .but results may vary to person to person . Minimalist is safe so go for minimalist brand moisturizer which is oil free . And never ever use cream base products if you have a oily skin . It can cause more acne and greasy skin .if Cetaphil suits you go for oil free moisturizer either minimalist oil free moisturizer both are best and professional skin care brand's .
