How a police officer is committing fraud upon the public. 1) Amendable ; Part of a police officer fiduciary duty is to always be amendable to you the public. They must articulate at all times a answer to your questions when you ask. If a police officer does not respond (answer) or responds by saying, “ I’ll tell you after”, or “give me first” or “answer me first” and if the officer withheld information or purposely not disclose the information you seek “ When You Ask “. The police officer is in breach of their fiduciary duty and the officer just committed fraud upon you the public. ( Violation of Oath of Office ) = ( Violation of officers contract too the People) 　 2) Arrested Without ; If a police officer arrested without: a) Probable cause pryor to the detainment of a People (public), and or, b) Receiving the consent by the people (public). (I do not consent to your Foreign Incorporated Jurisdictional Authority), or c) Warrant in hand for you. Without = The officer has committed fraud upon you the public. 　 3) Resembles law : When a police officer attempts to use statues & codes & policy & rules & regulations in place of, or against the constitution as law, the officer is committing fraud upon you the public. (Warring against the constitution) (Treason) 　 4) Witness : When the police officer sworn on a ticket/citation, and or, incident report, and or, goes to court and testified (Against you) as a witness for a fictional plaintiff named (state of) (city of ) (county of) (non-living soul) and the police officer testifies that he/she committed a crime/violation (felony) (injured party) (with intent) to a fictional individual, that is not a living soul (required). The police officer not only committed fraud upon you, but also is committing perjury (false testimony) which is a felony. 　 5) Fraudulent ticket/citation : When the police officers gives you a fraudulent ticket/citation they are committing fraud upon you the public. Most (80-90%) of all traffic and non-traffic tickets/citations are fraud and unconstitutional. Beat these fraudulent tickets in court. That’s another lengthy list of fraud upon the people.

Police Officers Writing Fraudulent Tickets : The ticket/citation does not conform and is inconsistent with the constitution and supreme court rulings and also does not follow courts civil or criminal procedures. Is a ticket/citation a summons & complaint ? Nope. 1) Probable Cause ; The police officer must have articulable probable cause before detaining of anyone !!! Understanding of probable cause: The police officer must have and be able to articulate probable cause that, A) You have harmed/damaged a person or property. B) The police officer has a witness, of you committing a crime. C) The police officer witnessed you committing or about to commit a crime. D) Has a warrant for your arrest. Without probable cause before the stop, then the ticket/citation is null & void. 2) Proper Complaint ; For a proper complaint. The injured party (plaintiff ) (he/she) (living soul) must have created and signed an affidavit, aka (sworn complaint) that has a judicial (branch) officer signature with a embroidered seal (stamp) (notarized). 3) Proper Verified Complaint ; The sworn complaint becomes a verified complaint (charging instrument) when submitted into the court of record under penalty of perjury by the plaintiff (living soul) with a court received judicial officers signature. If there is no charging instrument by the plaintiff (living soul) then there is no case for the courts. 4) Proper Summons ; The ticket/citation is not a proper summons. The summons is a separate document from the complaint and also there is no hand written signature of a dually appointed judicial officer, aka (judge) or (head court clerk) of that court. 5) Separation of Powers Act ; When the issuing (ticketing) police officer gives you a ticket/citation and shows (tells) you the date too appear in court, the police officer is in violation of the separation of powers act. The police officer power is from the executive branch, the officer has no judicial powers to create the instrument for a court date & summons for anyone to come into court, thus ticket/citation is null & void. 6) Damaged Party ; Who is the damaged party (a living soul)? The plaintiff being the (state of) or (city of) or (county of) is not a living soul. Must be a living flesh/blood soul. 7) Legal Right ; A ticket/citation does not indicate, a violation of a legal right. 8) The police officer is committing perjury ; When the police officer sworn on the ticket and or (incident report), that you committed a crime/felony and or violation. a) Violation = Injury, Infringement, Breach of right, Duty, and or Law (Blacks law). b) Crime = A crime is damage to person or property or police witnessed a felony. “Shere v. Cullen 481 F 945 (1973) ” c) A “Code’ or Statute’ is not a Law,” “(Flournoy v. First Nat. Bank of Shreveport, 197 La. 1067, 3 So.2d 244, 248)” When a police officer sworn that you committed a crime/violation on paper or in court and there is no damaged party (living soul) the officer just committed perjury, which is a class 4 felony, and also is a violation of the officers Oath of office. (TREASON)
