Tip from me who's been using for 26 months and finding it super hard to remove. Just unlock the pin to remove the hydraulic rod. Remove to original hydraulic rod (silver/chrome colour) from the hydraulic casing. Easier this way. Do the same for the new hydraulic and just replace it. Holding the pin side upward so nothing is lost during swapping. Insert new hydraulic rod inside the old casing and install back pin. Voila now you have a half old half new hydraulic 😅. It's easier unless you have some heavy equipment to force it out.

How do you recline? Tried pushing back on the seat but it won’t recline back just like in the video.

I bought this chair, hindi sya comfortable. the standard position for the seat back is TOO UPRIGHT, as in hindi comportable, then when you recline it naman the first stop, halos naka higa ka na, customer service is not understanding my problem, not a good buy
