At the beginning of the video you said you would find out how loud it is. No mention of that in the video. Noise or the absence of it is kind of important to air gunners otherwise pick up a much cheaper powder burner, why is this feature mostly ignored?

I just started watching videos on air rifles. I’m 61 now and back when I had an old Benjamin break barrel springer .177, there was no such thing as the internet or videos of any kind. Everything was word of mouth as far as information went. And air gunning wasn’t all that popular except with kids back then. I really enjoy your videos and just subscribed. I’ve had a few pistols, revolvers and rifles through the years and wasn’t all that interested in air guns since I was a kid. But in my 50’s, a friend of mine got a nice .22 pellet rifle with a decent scope and we shot it in his backyard. I was hooked! Didn’t know what I was missing! Going to the range with firearms is kind of a pain and pretty expensive, so I rarely go anymore. But with an air rifle you can shoot it at home for really cheap. So I just ordered a Gamo 10x Fusion 3i and it was supposed to be delivered today but I guess I’ll have to wait til Monday. Bummer. What I like about your videos is that you’re a woman. I’ve found through the years that women are better students than men and more honest. My girlfriend had never shot a gun in her life but wanted to learn. So I ran her through the safety rules and range etiquette while she practiced dry-firing drills with my Beretta 92F in our living room. She got it down quickly. Muzzle always down range and trigger discipline. Her first time at the range, she did very well. After the shock of her first shots wore off, she really focused and relaxed. Very impressive groups at 10 yards for her first time. She was a natural. Her second time at the range, she was determined to beat my score. The first round, I let her win and she was pissed! “You’re not even trying!” She yelled. Okay, so I tried harder and I’ll be damned if she wasn’t right there with me. Because now she’s really focused on beating me and she actually kinda did. More of her shots were in the 10 ring than mine but I was shooting faster. Still, she was just naturally patient and accurate. So, you kinda remind me of her in that you’re really focused and a damn good shot. Lots of women are better than men when it comes to marksmanship with very little training or practice. You’re a pro in air guns and I’m just now getting back into it. I really appreciate a woman’s perspective and I’ve already learned a lot in just a few of your videos. Mahalo and aloha from Washington. 🤙🏼

Own a generation 3i GAMO "Bone Collector" and very nice rifle. I own another older generation 1 GAMO Whisper Swarm and use these for keeping fields clear of pests and such around my home for the farmers and running off crows and such that eat crops. Nice rifle, I like it a lot the "Bone Collector" using various pellets in .22 caliber.

Good day Angie. Thanks for your wonderful review of this awesome replica. Agree with you that they should have included a mock magazine, just to make it look more the part. I solved that by 3d printing a replica M1A magazine I found in Thingiverse. I then measured and carved the underside of the wood stock where the mag would be located, installed the 3d printed base plate to which the mag will click into position. The mag does not interfere with the lever. Now my M1A looks the part. Thanks again for your wonderful reviews. God bless.

I really enjoy your reviews. But why are they called "GRiP" reviews? Is GRiP an acronym?

Worth considering with the design of straight comb rifles. A. the scope is sky high and canting is an issue. B. They are awkward to shoot in the field, imo. Just saying shoot a conventional rifle with a drop in the comb like an Avenge-X classic and then a bullpup side by side and make sure a straight stock bullpup is for you.

Got me a Hunter Extreme Pro .22. Unfortunately, haven’t been able to put more than 50 or so rounds through it. First springer. Learning curve a bit steep. Love the gun still. Thanks for your videos.

Traditional old fashioned dome pellets been putting down vermin for many, many years. Accuracy for shot placement definitely #1, hunting pellets imho are just a marketing thing to exploit a perceived "hole in the market" but still, I'm sure there are those who swear by them and are willing to pay the extra $ for the privilege of using them.
