Taking a little time to relax and enjoy watching a video like this is not a bad idea.

@@WOOWSatisfying Teens alone spend an average of 7-8 hours a day staring at a screen. Gen Z spends the most time, averaging 9 hours per day. The average worldwide is 6-8 hours per day. They are not relaxing, they are doomscrolling for the most part. Gamers are professional screen addicts. Office workers? Yeah. Staring at a screen creates free-floating anxiety, watching images for an average of less than 3 seconds (like your video) which cripples creativity, empathy, curiosity and a sense of adventure. No one takes a little time to watch a single compilation video of stolen clips then goes outside. There is no story, no characters, no beginning, middle or happy ending, just frantic, chaotic, random, unconnected clips that mostly present sadistic schadenfreude as comedy. Good job dude.

@@sixten8493 Just keep telling people, someone cares about you, it's ok to put the phone down. Anyone can check their addiction severity by turning off their phone and...how do you feel? How you feel is 100% caused by withdrawal, that's your addiction talking. Also if you watch longer format single story content (instead of compilations) you will be more inclined to put it down when it finishes. Your attention span and focus improve, blood pressure goes down and you become better-looking. What am I doing? I'm building RC racing boats and little telescopes for astrophotography. What do you like to do?
