@autelpilot The firmware icon used to be Grey aka normal aka no update needed. Now it's red and no updates in site. I've refreshed the app and still no update firmware notifications. Just red outline of the aspects that need updating. And Grey of the aspects that are up to date. Others on your IG have asked this same question. We love your products we just would love to get some attention and love too. Customer service used to be outstanding 👌🏿 👏 🙌. Now it's like pulling teeth and hard-to-reach people. All I'm saying is take care of your people. Especially the regular 107 and recreational pilots

@@autelpilot I know that they save in the same folder that's why I found it odd that the photos I snapped weren't in the folder. I just got the evo 2 pro v3 and ran the latest firmware already. But I've been doing some trouble shooting as autel support has yet to get back to me; and i found that once HDR is turned on the photos wont save, but when it is turned off the photos save to the SD card. Unbelievable.

I can’t do a slope mission, a search mission, or any of the other missions that are supposedly available. The only missions are available on my enterprise app is grid (rectangle) and custom flight paths.

Also, there’s advertising about doing vertical scans as well (of buildings) and that’s not available as well.

@@autelpilot on your website… there’s options to do spiral missions, vertical scans, corridor missions,terrain follow. None of these are available. Also, the map in the enterprise app is really outdated. Over 3 years outdated actually. (For US)

@@autelpilot well I just purchased The Enterprise bundle. I've had the Bundle going on 3 weeks now and Sunday was my first time turning it on to update the software and firmware of everything. After completing the updates for the craft and remote, I discovered I had to do the same with the 3 batteries. When I turned on the remote to update the battery I kept hearing a persistent beeping sound ( Beep...Beep...Beep) it rang in a series of 3 beeps. I looked all over but could not determine why the remote beeped. Also there were no messages on remote besides there being no satellite connection (My home office is in my garage) and I think something about the compass.
