I share this voicemail from several years ago not as a jab but out of admiration for this self-made real estate titan. Everyone who's heard it, loves it, and it's not a bad thing.

I got a phone call from the news editor at 94.1 The Lake FM, the most popular station in Clemson SC, telling me to throw together basic clip in a day or so, record it over the phone or whatever's easy, for their "Vyve Power Hour" spotlighting local businesses.
