Wow - this sounds like a great song! Did Shagnasty make any studio recordings of this material? Steve Hoard was a cousin of mine, but I only met him a couple of times. I remember him as a beautiful shaggy-blonde boy singer. I can hardly recognize him here. I'm so sorry to hear that he's gone, and so young too. Watching this, I have so many questions - What was he doing in the 90's and 00's? Why does he look so conservative and straight here? Why did he die so young? Thank you so much for posting these glimpses of Steve - truly precious documents.

Gibson V + Laney AOR 50 is my choice. Not a huge difference between the SX and the Gibson IMO, though. The good sound comes from player!
