Backup Now Hidden or Greyed out on iTunes - Solved on Windows 10
Description for this video:
Option No.1: Close the iTunes app and restart it.
Option No.2: Pressing (Windows+R) to run cmd and copy this direction file to the cmd
"%ProgramFiles%\iTunes\iTunes.exe" /setPrefInt DeviceBackupsDisabled 0
Option No.3: Update iTunes to the latest version.
Option No.1: Close the iTunes app and restart it.

Hi, i have a question, currently the problem for me is, i cant click "Restore Backup" on my iTunes, it is grayed out just like this video (but on my case, its the "Restore Backup" which i cant click). Is there any tips to solve this? Thanks

Your a GOD amongst men. The 2nd option solve the problem. I couldn't figure it out why it was grey out. I tried so many different lighting cables. Different usb slots.

how to find the directions of itunes
You can find it where you installed iTunes on your PC. The default direction is program files on C partition.
