Do not use Minoan!!! It is horrible to get any thing delivered and refunded. It has been over month trying to get bathroom tiles. Shipment lost minoan has to work with wayfair and still don't know what is going on. Work directly with big brands.

I worked at a gym and there was this horrible loud, stinky, gross looking man who came in and bossed everyone around. Soon he had a following of some of the younger clients. Young boys who looked fine but didn't bother to think that the loud voice they were listening to had no expertise.

Hi Bailey, it was a great video. What software/app do you use to maximize revenue of airbnb you manage? Do you provide some extra services/amenities to your guests as well. I have heard that you can partner with local businesses to provide some services to your guests.

Great video, I'd love to know which credit cards you recommend for Airbnb guests. I stay in Airbnbs exclusively when I travel, and I travel a lot. I travel domestically and internationally, and I always stay in an Airbnb. Though since Airbnb doesn't have their own credit card, I'm not sure which is best. Hopefully you can help.

Wow- Usually you are pretty accurate. There is no way you can make the same as an STR as a MTR. As for saturation- yes, there is a saturation. I live in an area that has jumped on the MTR wagon and many are foreclosing. I've had to lower my rates quite a bit to stay booked. We went from 50, 5 years ago to over 2000 today. And,, if your guests stay less than 6 months they do tend to take good care of the property. Longer than that it can become an issue. I have 8 years experience with 41 listings under my name.

Thank you for your expertise regarding this subject. I listed my property on Corporate Housing by Owner under the Platinum plan. It's been nearly 3 months & it's still not rented out. Looking for options. Mid-term rental seems the way to go. Subscribed ✅️
Thanks Tara! Something I preach is to NOT just list your property on sites like Corporate Housing by Owner and sit back and relax... In the beginning, there are more active things you can be doing to get your property booked!
Cash flow is important, but you have to set aside an appropriate proportion for long-term maintenance plans (new heating systems, new roofs, new windows, new paving, etc.). Viewing all cash flow after expenses and debt servicing as "profit" can be dangerous if you use it for other things and don't have it on hand and ready for capital projects.
