The Stardew Music 😍yes, I'll totally play some cozy games tonight after work LOVE your journal! the memories are so precious 🥰 I was on birth control (the pill only) for 10 years. My biggest reason for going on it was to be regular, but I went through 3 different types of prescriptions over time and my mood was all over on two of them. I recently started transitioning off of it and have only had one period so far, but tbh, I'm preferring how I feel now vs. before. I feel more myself now if that makes sense? Overall, the decision to go on it is up to you 💕I watched a few videos regarding people who are transitioning off of birth control and felt comforted hearing their thoughts. Maybe this could help you as well?

I recommend going to a gyno and talking through your options. I have been on a few types of birth control to find the right one but it helps my periods a lot! It’s different for every person so definitely listen to your doctor!!

Hey Katelyn, Happy Sunday. I have been on and off birth control since I was 16 I am 25 now and there is a lot of side effects with it. I don’t ever feel like I have a lot of energy to do anything. It helps me not get pregnant but the side effects are horrible. So if you feel like you don’t want to go on it then listen to your body and Brain and don’t. We all have off days where we need to rant to release some of our stress. I graduated college in may 2022 but I still remember how stressful it was to get everything done on top of a part time job and an internship. What I did to meet deadlines is make a to do list everyday based on what I could do to meet these deadlines and it provided less stress to me. Also if you don’t understand an assignment or something about your class don’t be afraid to ask your professor. Asking my professor helped me a lot during college. 😊🥰

as someone who was on birth control from like 16-22 i do not recommend going on birth control its not worth what you're putting in your body for years and relying on it
