This was the most interesting of all the videos I could find about using the kashigata mold! Well done! I would love to see all those old mold carvings! I have a small collection of 4-5 of these but did not know they were made with cherry wood until I saw your video.
Thanks for your post, guys. The Maruya Hacchou-miso/ organic dark red miso is my choice too.
I think for now I'll settle for seeing Hokkaido in the summer, but this is a super useful video. Maybe I'll go back in the winter one day.

Didn't know the place had been there that long. I just went last week. A few improvements have been made and there are some different animals. You really can feed just about every animal there.
Cute! I just want to add that papaya is not really better than 🥕 for the bunnies, they mostly need to be fed hay and leady greens like lettuce! Both carrots&papayas are fine as just treats 💖
you both look so cute. I will be travelling with my daughter and you reminded me of us. Thanks for the tips.
Just the video I needed! Thanks! Our 1st visit, 2nd week next month.
Thank you so very much for the video...!!! I love Japanese sweets, especially for their beauty and consider them an art form...!!! But I didn't know about Rakugan in particular...!!! They look delicate and must taste... sweet...!!! Wish there was a place in the U.S. where any of us could buy a mold at a reasonable price...!!! I hope you are (or were) learning a lot in Japan... I was there once when I was young, and my mom and three sisters traveled up and down, east and west of that country... There is just so much to see and learn about that I wished we had stayed there for a thousand years...!!! The serenity, the peacefulness, the quiet, all giving you the time to think, meditate and enjoy the substance of a nation committed to hard work, tradition and creative expression... I will never, ever, forget Japan... (Had to let you know how my heart feels about it...!!!)...
I thought i dreamed this but it was reality! Thanks for making me realise it
that was so fucking funny
No bow would be better than shit bow
Wonderful culture
Looks good going to go there at the end of the year
Looks nice
if this was standard in America, there would be no more revenge fantasies ever and more work could get done and let things go. And somehow a few people are already bowing, those who dab are technically bowing just with youthful swagger whether they knowingly acknowledge it or not.
ehhh, I think it's a stretch to say that dabbing is even in the same cultural spectrum as bowing. Bowing is done out of respect, dabbing is a cocky thing.
Amazing
Very cute & informative video. Thank you for a test run 😊

1:09 "you lose about 50% of heat through your head". Actually that is urban myth, body heat loss is proportional to mass-The head only represents about 10% of the body's total surface area. So if the head were to lose even 75% of the body's heat, it would have to lose about 40 times as much heat per square inch as every other part of your body. "The real reason we lose heat through our head is because most of the time when we're outside in the cold, we're clothed," says Richard Ingebretsen, MD, PhD, an adjunct instructor in the department of internal medicine at the University of Utah School of Medicine. "If you don't have a hat on, you lose heat through your head, just as you would lose heat through your legs if you were wearing shorts."
💖
Wow this is so beautiful

U DONT WEAR UNDERWEAR??
Hi. Will be in Hokkaido this December for the holidays, just wanted to ask if it would be advisable to buy my winter clothes in Hokkaido? From where I'm coming from (Philippines) winter clothes are either limited or too expensive. Thanks in advance.
And then pop along to Taiji and watch them get slaughtered -> ruclips.net/video/fU4q7Q8VbyE/видео.html
