God the show was so good the first two seasons (blood and sand and gods of the arena). Now its become something of a guilty pleasure. It used to use scenes of combat and sex to further character development and story. Now they just fight for the sake of fighting. Its not the Liam's fault, its the writers. The show has just become less focused
