This is a demonstration, NOT a tutorial. Im in dancing classes and there a no instructions how to do and how to put your feet. Sure you are doing the moves right, but for an abslute beginner the video is nice to watch but useless.

I appreciate this so much! Challenging yourself and learning new things at any age is so important. Using the counter for balance? What a great suggestion! It feels refreshing to watch you demonstrate these moves with your own style and technique and not trying to follow along some super fit 20-pack abs advanced shuffle dancer online.

Great job !! I’m 62 and love this dance. Three things I still want to achieve in life: lean Surfing, learn Suffle-dance, and… the impossible one, to learn how to speak like Donald Duck lol (joke). People will ask: why you don’t learn a language instead??? Well I am already polyglot (English, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian and French) só I’m ok with that. What about an instrument?? I play guitar (well) bass and piano pretty ok! I just want to have fun now! Thank you for your wonderful energy!
