Really good stuff! I loved the atmosphere and fumbling around in darkness was actually a lot less annoying than I expected. However, as I mentioned in the comments for RadHaz's video, I really wish it was longer. The idea of going back to Black Mesa after the Combine invasion and discovering all sorts of weird things there is too good to be limited to such a short mod. Other than that I really enjoyed it.

There is Decay on Sven Co-op i recently played it with a friend and it was a cool campaign, it has less effort put into it when comparing it to blue shift or opposing force though

Gordon Freeman has had Morphine injected inside of him many times, and large amounts of Morphine can actually make you constipated. Boom mystery solved.

Um actually 🤓 in HL2 Gordon isn't constipated because Gman regularly opens a small portal at Gordon's anus that takes the poop to his dimension (Gman has a large pile of Gordon's poop because of this) but then in HL2E1 the vortigaunts sever the link between Gordon and Gman, thus leaving the portal permanently closed. However, because during his entire time in stasis and during HL2 Gordon had been getting his poop automatically extracted and transferred into the alternate dimension, he had forgotten how to defecate and his body was also incapable of performing this function. Gman tries to warn Gordon about this in Episode 2, as indicated by the quote "prepare for unforeseen consequences" he is referring to the exponential buildup of stool in Gordon's rectal cavity that will eventually pose a serious health risk. However, it seems that Gordon does not heed this advice and is unaware of his condition. This may be due to the anal portal that Gman had previously created causing nerve damage in the lower region of Gordon's intestinal tract, thus causing Gordon to be unaware that his asshole is on the verge of exploding. At the end of Episode 2 after the advisor kills Eli Vance, Gordon collapses because his digestive tract has filled up with poop and he is entering a critical condition (the poop is coming from the nutrients that the HEV suit automatically nourishes Gordon with).
