Well its because the high performance plan tells the PC to just run full bore all the time. If your PC wasn't a prebuilt by Acer though, i would have told you to dial in your CPU voltage manually.

Basically you have to go into the song files and choose a gif you want. Then you have to split the gif into several png frames of the gif. Then, having to rename each one to like, cheese001 or cheese010. Once done. Go into osu and choose edit. And go to the song that you put the gif in (frames images of the gif) then a gif should pop up. Select that in the library and then click on the gif in the edit and choose scale. Then click the gif and go to the end of the song and then make the gif a little bit smaller. This will make the gif play throughout the song.

@@masteroga101 sry I didn't get your messages my notifications aren't on. I can send you the link tommrow. But i haven't worked on it for over 2 months. Also I've been testing out doing osu levels and it's pretty hard to do since you dont know what the timing is for the circle hit to go with the music
And to add to this. The file size is over 600mb I believe so it may take a while
