Thanks, I was doing my best. I'm on an R6. It was a huge bummer but the fault was mine, I didn't fully engage the downshifts. I've since adjusted the shift lever position and haven't had a problem. Unfortunate side-effect of lacking seat time this year

I would accidently downshift and end up on the payment. Lol

@@gchambe234 I ran a shorter ratio the day before and it wasn’t working for me in other areas. Using first gear there is a bit too touchy, so I run second

@@gchambe234 it’s just about what corners you want to prioritize at that point. I’d be giving away too much elsewhere to make that exit only a tiny bit quicker. With the sprocket change I was hitting the limiter into T2, T5 down the hill, and into the bus stop

Gearing. I won’t short shift as much going forward, but if I don’t at least go to third before that kink my RPMS will redline on the short side of the tire

I was playing with some gearing through the esses. I kept missing the shift from 3rd to 2nd between T5/6 and decided to try using 3rd through the Esses but it didn’t end up working well. Definitely need to work on that section and the bus stop.

It’s not as bad as it looks but it was resurfaced since end of last season . Opens next weekend , we also have gingerman which is my favorite track in mi .

They finally resurfaced turn 1 and that made a big difference. There are rumors that they're going to redo T5-T8 this year but I'll believe it when I see it.

Thank you, you’re quick as well! Hah yeah, that certainly was not my intent! I was going to go underneath you in 12 but I saw Cory checking up in front, occupying where I wanted to go. I had to check up in response. In hindsight I needed to be a bit more patient and latch onto the back of you guys.

I had a bolt mount for a GoPro on the forward most fuel tank bolt. Works like a charm

It's a fantastic road, though there are some parts where the pavement is starting to get a little rough. Both my friend and I were running a single axis gimbal for stabilization, I'd have to check with him for the exact model.

I saw the red record light and couldn't help myself! It's a really fun track, you were destroying me on corner exit all over the track. Nice riding out there!

But you were catching right back up on the brakes, and I thought I was pretty good on the brakes! It's fun riding with guys when you're better than each other on certain parts of the track because it lets you know where you can improve. Thanks for the good notes for next time.
