Our current product is a wildly fermented chilli that we produce through a 12-week wild fermentation process before it undergoes an infusion with extra virgin olive oil.
Our experiential retail store in Dubai aims to bring transparency to our process; choice of ingredients and showcase the numerous benefits the world of fermentation can bring to your food.

Or course we have our vegetable masterclass with an added twist.
