Wir sind der Verein für myotubuläre und anderere zentronukleäre Myopathien.
Zentronukleäre Myopathie ist ein Überbegriff für mehrere angeborene sehr seltene Muskelerkrankungen. Die häufigste und auch schwerste zentronukleäre Myopathie ist die myotubuläre Myopathie. Weitere ZNM werden verursacht durch eine Mutation auf den Genen DNM 2, RYR1, BIN oder TTN.
Wir träumen von einer Welt, in der zentronukleäre Myopathien (ZNM) heilbar ist, und Patient:innen die bestmögliche Lebensqualität & Lebenserwartung haben. Deine Unterstützung bringt uns näher an diese Vision.

Miopatia Myotubulare informazione en Italiano La Miopatia Miotubulare X-linked (XLMTM) è la più comune e generalmente la più grave tra le Miopatie Centronucleari. A causa della posizione del gene MTM1, generalmente solo i maschi ne possono essere affetti. La probabilità di essere affetti da questa malattia è di c.ca 1 caso su 50.000 nuovi nati maschi.
