I've been taking mostly protein supplements to fill up my daily protein intake, I did take some creatine but way less then the usual dose :)

Dude I am from Slovenia. Ive been in UK many times. UK Mcdonalds is shit compared to Slovenias. Slovenia Mcdonalds is preaty good compared to other European countries. And i traveled all of Europe.

As a former 150lb (68kg) lanky guy and current 220lb (100kg) man. Good luck, it’s not an easy journey but consistently and discipline will prove fruitful!
Also looking at your stats it seems you have pretty good genetics when it comes to legs. Your calves are already bigger than your biceps, that’s an excellent starting point.
