馬來西亞的客家族群還有幾樣台灣比較不主流的菜，就是「擂茶飯」。跟新竹飲料版本的完全不一樣，我們那裡是一種料理，跟現在河婆客家人的一種吃法。（不過台灣據說在屏東有一群在1940年代從中國大陸最後一批到台灣的客家人就是河婆客，如果要找可能要去台東）

以前買150元福菜 馬蛋叫芝麻球早期沒有包餡過年才能吃到美食會變硬，銀針粉跟米苔目不一樣材料也不一樣以前老師教學過，苗栗米苔目早期沒有吃鹹吃糖水吃冰後面慢慢出現，苗栗叫發糕其中種類老人家做純米發酵味好吃沒有化學發酵味道

馬蛋就跟外面的芝麻球一樣，只是內餡不一樣而已，很多客家菜都很好吃，尤其是醃製菜，❤❤❤ 奈奈的聲音解說很棒喔❤❤❤

鍋子的溫度太高了，溫度到了後，火開小一點，下點鹽巴降溫兼調味即可

小時候最討厭塞福菜..........
