Yoga pants are a blight on society. Women are too revealing I hate when seniors where yoga pants. TMI.

There are many things we do that are wrong. And yoga pants are one of those. And all do it for attention. There is no other reason. It's lying to one self that it's a matter of the heart. Let's be for real here. It's the same as a guy wearing a tank top. Especially if he's fit. It's equivalent AND the female version of the guy who wears a tank top.

As a Christian, it’s a mortal sin to wear yoga pants and skintight pants, but for a non Christian they don’t see anything wrong with that and they don’t see it’s disrespectful to wear to the church and it’s disgusting, what these non Christian people, are leading men to hell, sins of the fresh because as a Christian, you have to be covered up to practice virtue and follow the teachings of the church

When you state that men are visual this is so true especially in the church. But I have to respect the women in the church and so do the leaders of the church. I have to pray to the good Lord to keep my wandering eye in place! Not only do the leggings/jeggings are being worn but form fitting dresses too. What ever happen to "modest" women of God wearing respectible clothing at church, work, or the streets?

We all , men and women alike, have weaknesses of one form or other. The Bible says we should not judge (and) it says we should not do anything to form a stumbling block before others. Because there are many different vices people struggle with : alcohol, lust, etc. Christians, men and women alike, should be careful not to say, do, or wear anything to cause another to stumble at their point of weakness.

I am tired of seeing yoga pants everywhere . I avoid crowds and driving along City streets as I am just so ready for this fad to end . I am a grandma and like to see what fashion is out there - I have lived in cities and regions that are casual or formal yet remember when dress codes used to specif “ no spandex “ and “ can’t show midriff” men would need to even borrow a tie at many restaurants. It makes the environment more civilized .

Spirit filled Christians shouldn’t be involved with yoga, because that’s a demonic activity. As for the pants, it’s basically wearing underwear in public, and that choice will place numerous stumbling blocks in front of both Christians and unbelievers.

It amazes me that people identifying as Christian would attempt to justify a Christian woman wearing leggings. A person has to be extremely ignorant not to recognize that leggings tempt men to look and to lust. And when a Christian woman wears something, knowing that it will cause men to look and lust, they are themselves sinning. Jesus said, "Whoever causes one of these little ones who believes in Me to sin, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were drowned in the depths of the sea." (Matthew 18:6) Jesus is addressing the tempter here, not the tempted. Likewise Paul wrote, "I desire therefore that the men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting, in like manner also, that the women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with propriety and moderation, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or costly clothing, but which is proper for women professing godliness, with good works." (1 Timothy 2:8-10) Temptation is a horrible thing, Satan tempted eve in the garden and Satan tempted Jesus in the wilderness. Christian men and women need to be vigilant and self conscious of what they wear, what they say, and what they do, that they might not lead someone else into sin.

Yoga pants are very, very, very, sexy. It is basically like not wearing anything in the bottom half of your body. It is exactly the same look as being naked and wearing body paint. Women need to be aware of this when they wear yoga pants (I think most women are aware of this when they wear yoga pants 😉).

Matthew 5:27-28 actually translates most closely as saying “You heard it was said, ‘Do not commit adultery,’ but I say to you that everyone who looks at a wife in order to covet her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.” The issue isn't thinking intimate thoughts about a scantily-clad woman. The sin is looking a someone else's wife and setting your heart upon having her for yourself

I feel like Christians fleeing California *for the purpose of pursuing utopia elsewhere* is misguided. They are forgetting their calling. It's the modern day equivalent of hiding your light under a bushel. Imagine if Christ and the apostles/disciples said "That city is too depraved; I'm going to get as far away from that cesspool as possible.... " Like pastor Jack Hibbs once said: Heaven is for later! Interesting question. I personally don’t understand why women wear pants in the summer/hot months a skirt obviously keeps you cooler because it doesn’t have material between the legs.

Decent women should not dress like " hoochie mammas ". If you're not a L.A. prostitute , you shouldn't look an L.A. prostitute. We had a woman at my church go up to the altar in yoga pants. I was shocked. I think about a woman's curves enough. I don't need this at church. That also goes for any attire that isn't modest. Decent women dress modestly. OK !
