Drop the music, but pretty based of you to drop the Iso and product key

just use a custom rom, there is android 11 for it which supports lastest youtube app.

Your hardware looks ok. Seems your dual boot is messed up. Try a linux boot disk. If it takes you through to the install OS screen, then your hardware is fine and your Windows boot is messed up. Try Windows 11 on a separate hard drive. Don't think it likes dual boot setups...
I have that exact mobo and have the same issue so it is your motherboard
try updating the bios first you can find the latest bios for your motherboard if you time the exact name in google then going to the manufacturers website and going under bios page, there are a lot of guides on how to flash the latest bios it might resolve the issue
Update to the newest BIOS version so you can unlock all of the possible performance, then it will work
Looks like the bios on your board is on version F6. The Gigabyte site says you need version F10f for the Q9500 to work. You need to update the bios.

I found I needed a BIOS restore CD to make a different Core 2 CPU work in an intel 775 motherboard

Try installing Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC, It's literally a clean official Windows 11 ISO, it's used mostly in enterprises, but you can use it for daily at your home computer, It works well on low end old computers =)

keep going bro but if you was at windows 10 and the pc can't support it again then you need to install windows 11 and it will be eazy and when it is 100% you need to restart it and you find windows 11 installed eazily
