Just saw Emarosa in 2024 with their new vocalist and sound. And even though the vocalist is great, it was definitely not as entertaining as this holy shit!!! What happened to the band they sound like hyper pop/light rock now.

Coming back to this almost 14 years later hits hard. I was here, and still live here. Wonder what Chris is up to these days, miss that guy.

I remember being a fan of both DGD and Emarosa when everything went down with Jonny. Relativity has to be one of my top 5 albums of all time. With that said, I yearn for an alternate dimension where Emarosa had Jonny as clean singer and someone else as a screamer. And instead of becoming soft as hell, they carried on the sound in this video. Heavy but with Johnny's great singing voice. That would have been beautiful.

Damn, these videos are gold. The early Emarosa stuff always existed in a special place in my head/heart and I never thought to look on RUclips.

Here in 2023 to say, wow this sounds incredibly good. Like, the literal recording sounds great. I can't believe the 2008 tech was able to capture the sound so well...but the band sounds great, too! "I won't wait for yoouou" - man, this is a gem of a video for the mid-2000s alt/post scene.
