you probably know this by now but NBA "ball boys" and personal trainers are available to the players at all hours of the day. When in the Olympics Kobe actually had his trainer come to the gym at around 2-3 am to work out with him. These guys are being paid millions and so the organization is making sure they get everything and anything they want to insure not only that they stay with them but that they perform their best for them.
