HVAC Pioneer Controls
Добавлен 23 окт 2024
Hey Friends, my name is Armando. I am an HVAC Instructor. I’ve been doing HVAC and Building Automation for some years now and I want to give back.
I’ve noticed the big need of having a video that gets to the point rather than to lecture about it. Although theory is important, I like to simply show you what to do and what to check.

How about them loner gangsters?
One thing that threw me off when I first started was that 24 from the contactor will give you a continuity reading when both sides are connected.
Me too. I measured the red and white at the contactor with them connected and got like 0.9 ohms. I thought the contactor was bad. Then disconnected and measured the wires only and thought I had a short. Turns out the transformer has very low resistance even brand new.
What's a good resetttable fuse?
I’m wondering. You said “it’s cool” but why’s it cool? Wouldn’t it be much easier to fix and less likely to fail if it just took 120 from the board with a few wires. Why make such a complex motor I don’t understand.
Your videos are well explained. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
Great training and education, keep it going.
This is Fantastic! You really man this troubleshooting understandable to me! Thanks! Liked and Subscribed!
thank you
Great video learn something from it. Thanks
😂😂😂😂😂Gangsters
Good video
Great video. Thanks for taking the time and share it.
Your smoke alarm battery keeps chirping. I wouldn't expect this occurrence for an HVAC technician 😮😮. Customers yes. Good video otherwise.
Great Training video. Also your readings on the meter can be seen better with the backlight off. Thanks again for sharing!
gang rehabilitation program 😂 nice
Keep it up man. You’re producing some excellent training.
good video sir👍
Great job dude thanks for the knowledge.
How do u trouble shoot that board on that furnace?
👍🏽
Do u have spark ignition module trouble shoot
Outstanding! Keep the good work. Could you make a video explain how to troubleshoot the TXV .
Good videos keep up the good work. Do you have any training courses? Where you guys are located?
Question With the cover off wouldn’t your amp reading not be accurate
Good question. I’m not adjusting the volume of air entering the motor. It’s fixed with every speed for this video. But let’s say I have it on the high speed and cover the return, I would draw less amps because less air is entering.
@@HVACPioneerControls understood thank you for the reply
Great information, 🙏
Awesome video sir..may you go into superheat and subcooling for the new techs?
Will do!
Always check for power at the plug. If you check power at the source ,but not at the plug your issue is in the wires feeding the motor. 8:02
What if the system has water vapor and acids form and the compressor still is running fine ? can you tell if the compressor is going bad by these checks or do an acid test and evac the system then dehydrate the system to 500 microns and put in recycled refrigerant or virgin refrigerant ? or if there is a odd smell coming off the compressor?
Ayyy good job on the video. Only missing Mike in the background telling dirty jokes
MAS VIDEOS EN ESPAñOL POR FAVOR!!!
So much better understanding now. Better than what my company trains us, which is, go do it.
I just saw your channel start showing up on my feed, got in when you’re under 1000 subscribers. Let’s go ! This channel will blow up.
You explained very well. Thanks for help me to learned psc Motor.
You can potentially save someone thousands of dollar. You are an excellent teacher.
You make everything so easy to understand. Great tutorial video.
Could you do one on troubleshooting the reversing valve
Outstanding explanation
why do you have 208v going to the motor when it calls for 230? Are you connected to the 208 output on the transformer?
I meant to say I have 208 volts coming in and the motor takes 208 volts. Thanks for catching that 👍🏼
Great video
You're the man 🤟😎 . Best explanation from many other videos
Nicely done! Keep up the informative videos, the trade needs more of it.
Great videos! Very easy explanations and visuals to follow along with. Would love to see you do hot gas bypass(hpc), receivers, and accumulators. Especially from a troubleshooting aspect. Good work!!
Cheers mate...needed to refresh my memory. Good clear explanation unlike some of my bosses!😊
It’s really confusing I didn’t understand it
It'll take a few times, and then when you're out in the field it'll smack you right in the face. Lightbulb moment.
Great content sir looking forward to your channel growing and learning from you 👍
Awesome explanation but a blocked filter will reduce the load meaning less amps. A blocked filter will overrun a PCE motor. Ask me how I know...

FROM CHICAGO EXELENT VIDEO VERY VERY VERY UNDROSTENDED IT THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR PATIEN
Horseshoe LMAO.The ohm (symbol: Ω, the uppercase Greek letter omega) is the unit of electrical resistance in the International System of Units (SI).
That was a very good explanation . I also subscribed keep it up!
