This pelvic exercise helped my lower back pain.
Просмотров 814 дней назад
All you need for this exercise is a set of stairs. You’ll have. One foot hanging off and you’ll drop that hip down to start. You’ll bring the hip back up and lift the leg after for one rep. You then start over for the next rep. I do these in sets of 20, only doing a set per side. Hope this helps be driven! Don’t forget to subscribe, thanks.

This is an anti rotational exercise I used and still use to help strengthen and stabilize my core to help avoid pain in my lower back. This is a great exercise for golfers too. ripped my skin in the exact same spot on the middle finger and a bit of pain in the ring finger
You must be playing a lot of golf for that to happen!
For the boys cheers 🍻
Thanks!
Use your arms buddy the whole stay connected thing is not how you swing a gulf club I’m just trying to give you advise I struggled with this same issue once I found out that the arms and wrists create so much speed I’m swinging at 118 and pure
It’s his base not so much him not using his arms and wrist
Wow, that’s some great swing speed have you worked on that specifically?
Thanks for the advice, I’m hoping to work with a coach this winter and next year to hopefully clean the swing up!
Could have been a double or worse. Good save for the bogey. 👍🏻
Thanks, surprisingly I’ve had this save for bogey a few times after going into the water. (I’ve got to limit my oh no shots like on this one)
@@cgolfcdriven I did the same thing yesterday on a par four, beautiful drive with 80 yards left. Told myself don't decel and yep deceld and chunked it in the water. Dropped and stuck it to six feet and made the put for bogey. Could have been a birdie. Ugghh! Lol
More hinge in the backswing. Lack of it is why you hit fat
Thanks! My goal is to get to single digits next year! Hope you had a good year of golf!
Interesting..
Hope this was helpful!

lol 😂
Enjoyed our chat Colin. I hope it helps encourage golfers to practice at home 😊 Thanks.
Absolutely it was great to have you on!
Sounds like a great apps, thanks for sharing this C golf. Great interview with such great questions
Glad you enjoyed the interview.
Little golfers in the making in our house! Currently using some plastic clubs to practice! 😊
I’ve seen some kids get started by hitting water balloons. Hope they keep at it!
I love it!!!! No golfers in this family YET! But I loved hearing about the life long sport! And I can’t wait to take Roman one day❤ ⛳️
That’s great! I’m sure he will love it!
Congrats on winning the other Toddler Golf Bag! Send me your email to cgolfcdriven@gmail.com Hope your little one loves it.
I've had the same sort of improvement, for me the biggest thing was inside 100 yards. I now average around 3 from inside 100 yards and it makes bogey golf easy. My focus has been just keeping the ball in play and getting inside 100 yards in regulation. If I average 3 from there I'm a bogey golfer. My next area to improve on is distance and getting up and down from around the green. Currently I'm leaving myself too many 30 to 100 yard pitches and it's hard to make a par from there. When I do get greenside I don't get up and down enough so I want to improve my touch and feel around the green and gain a bit of distance to give myself the chance of more greens and more up and downs.
That’s cool, I’m pretty much the opposite, my strength is distance and struggle with putting, getting up and down, and keeping the ball in play. Have you thought about how you want to try to increase distance?
My dad and uncles were all golfers. My family held a tournament every year when I was a kid.
That’s awesome about the tournament did you ever get to play in it?
I started playing with my dad, now I enjoy playing with my husband and getting our son involved in golf is so much fun.
That’s so great your son is getting involved too. So great to have the whole family do something together. 👍
Keep going! I started the year off at 22, now I’m a 7!
Wow that’s a great year. What did you do to make that improvement?
@@cgolfcdriven lots of golf and range time. Last 10 years Ive only got a handful of rounds a year, this year I got a membership, and over 60 rounds now. Really just been working on my swing at the range every chance I get, nearly every time I go out for a round. Also did get new clubs this year, but can’t say if that helped
@limitlessbuilds glad the hard work is paying off! You going to try to get down to scratch or happy to be shooting in the 70’s?
@@cgolfcdriven I had a goal at the beginning of the year to hit in the 80’s and get an eagle. Got into the 80’s pretty quickly, then just a week ago I finally got my eagle after 20+ missed eagle putts. Haha. Shot a +2 with only 4 hit fairways! It’s all in the short game Honestly it’s addicting and you always want to go lower, it would be amazing if I consistently hit 70’s though so guess I’ll just see where I get this year. I’m in Canada so not a lot of golf left
@@limitlessbuilds yea it’s crazy how fast the summer has gone. Congrats on the first eagle. I’ve had a bunch more chances this year but same thing just missing the putt. Lol, one day.
My dad got me interested in golf. My fiancé plays and I am excited to have our little one start playing when he gets older 🥰
That is awesome! I hope your little one falls in love with the game too!
So glad you didnt refer to them as the "lady's" and "men's" tees
Yea I’ve played them too. Definitely easier to just think of them based on yardages.
I'm not really into golf but have been surrounded by it thanks to my Dad, Uncles (on both sides), Grandpa, cousins and brothers 😉. I would love to have something to share the love of golf with the next generation for my niece and nephew.
Hopefully the next generation of your family loves the game too!
Great to know about this! Thanks for posting
It’d make a great gift 🎁!
2 years ago I played like crazy and was making it a goal to practice chipping in the yard often and hit the range as much as possible. Score dropped fast. Then the following years I didn’t play so much and lost all the progress. Consistent progress and work will always pay off.
Way to go! Hard work definitely pays off.

Harvey Penick used to always say play the front tees till you start breaking par. Until then, you’ve got no basis for moving back a tee.
Yea that’s definitely something I’ve heard. I’d have to improve my short game a lot to make that happen.
Thanks for having me on as the first podcast guest!!!
Thanks for joining me, you’re welcome back anytime, I love talking golf. Hope you get to 180 mph!
Which habit are you guilty of?
I've been guilty of all these 😭
Maybe i'll learn enough from your podcasts to one day beat my brother in law on the course. Great interview.
Maybe one day! You’ll get him.
Watch out
Check out the full interview on my channel. Thanks for watching.
Fantastic interview!! I feel like I have learned a lot and differently see some ways to improve my game. I haven’t been on the course all year, but this has inspired me to get back out. Keep up the great work.
Great to hear! Good luck out there!
Excellent and informative. Let us know how you’ve improved on your speed training and techniques.
Thanks! Will do!
You can do it! Who’s gonna putt the ball?!? Stay hard!
Thanks for watching!
Very informative, thanks !
Anytime!
I have found the flatball helpful when I suddenly start topping the ball, as you can really dial-in on contact. I use it indoors, so I don't have too much trouble finding it. I also like to use it as a golf hole for putting practice, as it is much smaller in circumference than a regular golf hole, which really makes me focus. I bought one pack of them a few years ago and I still have a couple of them left.
I’m glad it’s been helpful for you! 👍
New to golf, just started this year (58 years old). Is this a joke video or a real product? Thanks
Thanks for watching, definitely a real product and it is helpful. I just think there’s more efficient ways to help from hitting thin shots. If you ever have any golf questions feel free to ask!
Skied your in play, slice is much easier to correct on the spot. Hook is worst.
I ended up making bogey on the skied drive and I think double on the other two because of penalties. 👍
Best video for golf grandpas
Thanks 👍
That looked like a 240 swing
Don’t worry I’ve hit plenty of those! Must’ve got the slope at the right spot. 👍
60 degree
That’s what I hit here too. 👍
9iron
Trying to hit a low shot into the green?
😂
Thanks for watching!
Now, why would you use the word "putting "? 😂
I know, not the best word choice. I noticed that probably yesterday I think.
@@cgolfcdriven 😆 I was thinking you putt into the woods.
My local courses greens are in tough shape but it’s the only course I played on my first year and I became a BEAST at putting. Man my first time at an actual course I was flying off them suckers 😂😂😂
It’s tough going from one extreme to another.
I think just about anybody would shoot 100 on that course, my god
It’s not too bad, just a lot of hills and slope on the green.
@@cgolfcdriven Well it looks like they just aerated it for one
Was that a golf green or the surface of the moon?
Yea not the best timing for a round!
I could probably get that over and up and over again and up and down.
Hey, that happens to all of us!
I feel your pain
Golf is tough!
Merci!
Thanks for watching! Stay driven 👍
YOUR EYE SHOULD BE OVER THE BALL.😊😊😊
Thanks probably got a little careless with this putt. Thanks for watching 👍
Yeah how did you not
Not sure hopefully next time I will. Thanks for watching. 👍
