Great piece, thanks. The no-talking VLOGs are often valuable. Subscribed; will catch up. Edit: we have spent some time there but never climbed - living vicariously ...
Thanks for feedback. My Augustus was great but there are even better hikes. Mt Solomon well worth it if you are ever back up . No marked track but adds to the challenge .

Excellent, thank-you! We were on the Talawana Track in June, west to east, then south on the Gary Hwy before exiting via the Gunbarrel and Carnegie Station.
Thanks for the info! Want to give the Talawana and Gunbarrel a go at some time in the future.
Absolutely stunning! I’d love to visit Kiwirrkurra one day. The most remote community in Australia! ❤
You should! Beautiful country and wonderful people. Well worth visiting
Beautiful gorge and country. Karijini Hamersley one of my favourite places.
Mine too!
Spectacular gorge!
Thank you! Cheers!
Road was in good shape in May . We dropped tyres to 29psi. Really pretty drive well worth it. We camped on the Victoria River southern side and flicked for Barra and had some success but all undersize. Locals had better luck Barra and bream. Might be a bit cool now. Bugs were very bad and we had to eat with all lights off. We actually added about 100km to our drive but so glad we did. How that helps . Cheers
Thanks mate.
Panorama viewpoint was beautiful!
🎶 Climb every mountain 🎶 Great vid Stu!
Thanks 👍
Hey guys I’ve just being doing some research on the Buchanan hwy and clicked on your video….i heard you mention you’ve never been on that road so how did it go ? I ask because we will be coming back from el questro and was going to Katherine then go south on the Stuart highway…..but if we go on this Buchanan hwy it saves us 56 miles and brings us out near Dunmarra…..so what’s the road conditions like ? good video and thank you 🤗
