What about earning interest on USDT and other stable coins?

how about if i got an airdrop, but never converted them to FIAT, held them for 365 days + and then cashed the out, would this still be taxed?

Crypto is all things combined in Portugal point of view. So if you buy btc at day 1 and swap it to NFT, or stable coin or whatever at day 300 (for example). And keep that stablecoin for like 65/66 more days. And then cash it out... Then under the law you still holded your crypto for 365+ days

It's this still a thing, or any updates occured? What if a foreign from within UE zone, decide to move to Portugal and came with Web3 assets, mostly NFTs than crypto, accumulated in time, flipped often, but never cashed out before, how this will work? Do I have to declare them, or just paying the taxes when cash out n Fiat or purchased goods with crypto? Seems to be the only county that don't care what you do with your NFTs. Not to be evasive, but when I got into this, was not reglemented and all the birocracy, rules, keep evidence it's to much for me, I'm to exhausted for that stuff. All I want ts piece of mind and keep it simple.

Is this true? What about normal stock trading? Would it be taxed also at that rate instead of 28%?
