This was a Property Film shoot for Alan Riley. Shot across multiple visits to ensure the right light was captured for each and with the help of the owners and a few of their friends to star in the piece. It was an older home, but the space for the family here was uncommon and the lifestyle angle of waterfront? Well. . .who wouldn't want to live on the water?! :)

Great house, but the interior design doesn't match up. You have miami minimalism with the exterior, and then sterile, over detailed antique european flourishes that don't complement the minimalism.
