Hi how did you install the aluminium motormount adapter plate when removing the plastic motormount part i shows plastic aligment studs do i have to cut them? Also where did you buy the adjustable aluminium motor bracket that is mounted on the hull

What is the midsection, (black part with water pickup) made out of? I would be great if you did a detailed teardown to show the quality of the product. You may have more videos than anyone else on youtube using this product. What displacement K&B outboard would you use on this tunnel hull? Thanks. I grew up around adults that raced A, B & D hydros in the 1960s and want to build a scale model using this motor.

Thanks for the comparison. The Veles would be such a better boat if the bottom edges were a little more rounded. The low-speed flip over tendency was so frustrating that I sold it. Was great in straight line stability though.

What power system are you going to use?

My grandfather knew Howard Arnison and ran an engine they made from an old navy fire pump in a small skiff in Suisun slough near Grizzly Island CA.

Ose has the outboards back in stock now, I still can’t decide which to order for my stiletto. I wanna run 4s ovals. I like the sound and looks of the scale outboard but not sure it’ll hold up.

How’s that outboard flex cable hold up with that motor? I’ve gotta get another outboard for my old proboat stiletto. I like the bigger scale outboard but not sure about the brass gears. Did you get this hull fixed?

For sure you need to wring every ounce of performance out. Without making it unreliable. Looks good !! It’s not bad for only 200cc👍
