My Samsung Refrigerator/freezer (french doors, mid drawer, freezer) with on-screen display won't go below 0 on screen for the freezer. I can see there is a minus sign(-) but it doesn't light up when I go from 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 6, 4, 2, 0,. I know it should go below zero, but it won't light up. Any ideas? Thank you.

Fyi if display doesn't work. Unplug fridge for 10 minutes. Press ice maker button for 3 second to turn off lock. Now you can use your display normally.

Don"t turn on the energy saver, because the upper freezer coils will ice up and the fan inside starts making noise. The energy-saver feature is there so the manufacturer passes energy compliance certification. My sympathy for owning a Samsung refrigerator

Jus bought one freezer is taking long time to freeze anybody else has this issue

Sorry for the people with younger kids they start playing with these buttons there goes your touch sensor. Folks that grid is the price of the fridge don't let the kids play with these features be aware.
